• Page views, click events, and session data via Azure Application Insights
• Heatmap and session recording data via Microsoft Clarity (anonymized)
• Aggregated event data via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
• Conversion events via LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Device type, browser, and approximate location (IP-based)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide consulting services
• To process payments and deliver purchased services
• To improve our website, tools, and user experience
• To send follow-up communications you've requested (we do not send unsolicited marketing)
• To route leads through our internal CRM for service delivery

• Microsoft Clarity — Heatmaps and session recordings (anonymized)
• Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4 — Aggregated traffic and event analytics
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — Conversion tracking and remarketing
• Vercel — Website hosting and edge delivery
• Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• SendGrid — Transactional email delivery (fallback to Azure ACS)
• Calendly / Outlook Bookings — Appointment scheduling

5. AI-Powered Services

Our AI chat assistant and tools are powered by Azure OpenAI Service. Conversations may be processed by AI models to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Chat transcripts may be reviewed by our team to improve service quality and follow up on your inquiry.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions and chat transcripts are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@xigusa.com.

7. Fraud Assist — Special Notice

Our Fraud Assist tool processes sensitive information related to potential elder fraud. This information is handled with special care:

• Fraud triage data is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently unless you choose to share a report
• We do not share your triage information with law enforcement or agencies unless you explicitly choose to do so
• The tool provides guidance only — it does not constitute legal advice
• For emergencies, always call 911

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics tracking (disable cookies in your browser, use ad-blockers, or set the xig_internal=1 cookie to exclude your sessions from our internal analytics)
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Azure security services, role-based access control on internal systems, and Stripe PCI DSS compliance for payment processing. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
