5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on xigusa.com — including text, design, code, graphics, and AI tool interfaces — is the property of XIGUSA unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Work product created for clients under service agreements is governed by those individual agreements.

7. User Conduct

When using our website and tools, you agree not to:

• Attempt to overwhelm, hack, or disrupt our services

• Use our tools for any unlawful purpose
